It’s like lying in the clouds… literally. It’s a combination of the soft velour cord outer, highest quality cable knit fleece inner and the particular hollow fibre filling, that just makes it heaven to lie in… or even on top. How strong is the Snuggle Inn then? The base of the Snuggle Inn is lined with an extremely durable and water resistant wipe down fabric, which is designed to withstand common wear and tear. The top inner layer of the Snuggle Inn (under the fleece) is also lined with a water resistant fabric, for those ‘little oopsies’, to protect the inner cushion. The Snuggle Inn is proudly South African manufactured, with quality fabrics, fittings and trimmings. What is the Snuggle Inn filled with? The Snuggle Inn is filled with a high quality Unicurl Hollow Fibre for extra comfort. No lumps. No bumps! Where is the Snuggle Inn Manufactured? The Snuggle Inn is a Proudly South African manufactured item. How do I know what size to buy? The small bed is 60cm in diameter and is suitable for cats, x-small and small dogs. The medium bed is 80cm in diameter and is suitable for medium dogs (or 2 small pets). The large bed is 100cm in diameter and is suitable for large dog breeds (or 2 medium pets). You could measure your pet’s height, from top of shoulder to bottom of front paw and add about 20cm for comfort. Off-course you can go bigger if you choose to. Are the Snuggle Inn covers washable? Yes. Your Snuggle Inn cover is machine washable on a cold cycle. We recommend drying your cover inside out. Do not leave your Snuggle Inn cover out in the sun as it will fade over time. Can I buy the Snuggle Inn cover only? Call or email us to enquire. Can I Scotch Guard the Snuggle Inn cover? There is no need to Scotch Guard your cover, as the cover is machine washable. The Scotch Guard will be removed as soon as you wash it. Can I add filler to my Snuggle Inn bed? Yes. The inner cushion has a separate dedicated zip to access the Unicurl Hollow Fibre filler. You can plump it up, tweeze it out and add as required. Do I need any instructions to use? We do not vacuum pack The Snuggle Inn during packaging or delivery. Simply plump it up on arrival and snuggling can commence immediately. Is the Snuggle Inn waterproof? No, please do not leave your Snuggle Inn in the rain. Do you take custom orders? No, not individual custom orders. You are welcome to contact us with large custom orders. We will introduce seasonal ranges, so please join us on Instagram, Facebook or visit again to stay updated. What is your return / warrantee policy? We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, subject to the item(s) being unused and are still in the original packaging. Returns for manufacturing defaults will be accepted within 3 months from date of invoice. Wear and tear, excessive weight and misuse related damages will not be accepted for return. Products will be collected by our courier at your expense and refunds will only be applied once the item has been checked by our team and deemed resalable. Courier costs are not included in any refunds and will be for the purchasers account. What payment options do you have? Only an EFT (Wire Transfer) payment option is currently available. Credit Card and other payment methods will be launched at a later stage. Payment must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number as the beneficiary reference, when making your payment, to enable us to process your order. We will start processing your order as soon as the funds have been received in our bank account. Depending on the bank, it could take up to 3 days to clear. How long does delivery take? Once payment has been received, which could take up to 3 days, online orders are processed within 1 business day. Courier services normally take 3 – 5 business days during normal periods or up to 7 business days during peak periods. In summary, orders will be delivered between 7 – 12 business days. Will I pay for delivery? Yes, the delivery fee will be added during the online checkout process. Cape Town delivery fee is R85.00 per item ordered. All other areas are charged at a national courier rate of R250.00 per item, subject to the weight. You will be quoted a delivery fee during check-out. Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa? Yes, our couriers will deliver straight to your door in South Africa. Deliveries take place during business hours on working days. Cost of delivery will be quoted during your online order. Do you deliver outside of South Africa? We currently only deliver in South Africa. If you are an international customer and want to purchase any of our products, please contact us for shipping options for your country. Can I track my order? Yes, you can. We will notify you as soon as your order is dispatched and provide you with a waybill number which you can use to track the delivery progress of your order on our courier’s website at http://www.xint.co.za/ What if I’m not available when the courier delivers? The courier will call the number you provided during your order. Please ensure that you are available to take their call. If the courier is not able to get hold of you, we will contact you via email or phone to advise that delivery was attempted and request alternative contact details or delivery details. |
